Random musings of a perfectly flawed human
Death is such a funny thing
for Lord, it seems to give It glee.
Who lose their kith and kin
struggle to grasp, while souls fly free.
How to empathize with such grief?
Such loss, as pains your friends and foe
You cry to see them so bereaved,
so what, the freed was for you joe.
So much tears and wails and tremor
Would not Lord put an end to this clamour?
Cruel to say we brought it on ourselves,
and yet we submit, for mercy endeavour.
I am a simple, happy person. My life is enriched by family, friends, co-workers, and other co-travelers who have helped me see through a rather difficult childhood, a self-obsessed youth, and the dreamy thirties, till reality hit in the forties. As I inch closer to my first half-century in this life, my belief in 'Love always finding a way' stands strengthened.
